We are a family run, & well established idependent garage, located in Northwich Cheshire - looking to recruit a permanat hard working receptionist, with Immediate effect.
You will be expected to opperate in a friendly, hard working and extremely busy envioronment, so Experience in the motoring trade, and working under pressure is ESSENTIAL to this role.
This role will include firstly excellent organisation skills, booking work into the diary, working closely with the technicians ordering parts, raising job cards and invoices and liaising with customers and staff on progress of the booked work.
Main Duties
- Experienced workshop Receptionist duties
- Answering the telephone
- Taking bookings raising invoices, ordering parts & dealing with garage customers and local service enquiries

Flexibility and ability to use your own initiative is essential in this friendly, but hard-working team environment.
The core business hours of work for this full time position are 8.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required as regards Saturday opening hours.
