Are we authorised to arrange finance?

Yes!. Priceless Auto Services Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) for credit broking.

Please note: business customers may not be protected under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 or FCA rules.


What services do we provide?

We can introduce you to a number of finance products including:

  • Hire Purchase (HP)

  • Conditional Sale

  • Personal Contract Purchase (PCP)

  • Personal Loan

We work with a panel of finance companies and brokers (including, but not limited to, Oodle FinanceMotion Finance, Midland Credit, First Response Finance, Evolution Funding, Mallard Finance, CF247, V12, MoneyWay, ZUTO, Tandem Finance, Blue Motor Finance, and AutoMoney Finance).

We will explain the finance options available to you and ensure any recommendation is based on your needs, budget, and circumstances. Finance is always subject to status and terms & conditions. We cannot guarantee approval.


Independent advice

We are not independent financial advisers. We can only provide information about products we have access to, not the whole market. You are free to seek independent advice elsewhere.


Do you pay for our service?

  • You do not pay us directly for arranging finance.

  • We will typically receive commission from the lender or broker we introduce you to.

  • The amount of commission varies between lenders but does not affect the interest rate you pay.

  • Since January 2021, we do not use discretionary commission models (where commission could vary depending on the interest rate you pay) — these are banned by the FCA.

  • You have the right to request details of the commission we will earn before you enter into a finance agreement.

External Finance Fee

If you arrange finance through an approved external finance company not introduced by us, we charge an External Finance Administration Fee of £300 plus VAT.

This fee is clearly disclosed before you sign any agreement and covers:

  • Additional compliance requirements.

  • Documentation and liaison with third-party finance companies.

  • Administrative costs associated with handling external finance.


Deposits, Cancellations, and Refunds

By signing an Invoice or Order Form with Priceless Auto Services Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that any deposit paid is non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing or where required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If a customer chooses to cancel a purchase after paying a deposit, the deposit will be retained to cover administration and preparation costs, unless cancellation occurs under a valid statutory right (for example, where a fault is confirmed under the Consumer Rights Act).

If a finance application is declined, any deposit will be refunded in full.


Mileage Deductions on Vehicle Returns

If a vehicle is returned under a valid rejection or cancellation, the customer remains responsible for keeping the vehicle in the same condition as when collected or delivered.

A fair usage deduction will apply for any additional mileage covered beyond 50 miles from the recorded delivery or collection mileage.
The standard charge is £1.60 + VAT per mile for each additional mile driven.

This deduction will be clearly shown on the final refund calculation and agreed in writing before the refund is processed.

 


How will we use your information?

  • We will use your details to obtain finance quotes and process applications with our lenders and brokers.

  • Credit searches may be carried out with one or more credit reference agencies, leaving a record on your file.

  • Your information may also be shared with fraud prevention agencies for the purposes of preventing fraud, money laundering, and verifying identity.

Warranty Disclaimer

All used vehicles sold by Priceless Auto Services Ltd include a 3-month in-house warranty, covering engine and gearbox only, unless otherwise stated in writing.

This warranty is valid only when all repair work is carried out by Priceless Auto Services Ltd, or, where applicable, by one of our approved warranty partners authorised to carry out work on our behalf.

If a customer chooses to have any repair or diagnostic work performed elsewhere without our prior written consent, the customer does so entirely at their own risk, and Priceless Auto Services Ltd will not be liable for any costs, damages, or further mechanical issues resulting from third-party work.

All warranty claims must be authorised by our service department before any repairs are undertaken.
Warranty coverage excludes wear-and-tear items, consumables, electrical faults, clutches, DPF systems, and any consequential losses.

Repairs Undertaken Under Complaint or Consumer Rights Act 2015

Where a customer raises a concern or complaint relating to a purchased vehicle, Priceless Auto Services Ltd reserves the right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to inspect and, where appropriate, undertake repair work before any refund, replacement, or rejection request is considered.

Customers must allow us a reasonable opportunity and time to diagnose and repair the reported issue.
The definition of “reasonable” will depend on the complexity of the fault and the availability of parts, technical data, or specialist services.

In general:

  • Minor or straightforward issues may be resolved within 1 day up to 30 days.

  • More complex or technical repairs, especially those requiring manufacturer involvement, external engineering assessments, or specialist components, may take up to 6 months.

During this period, the customer will be kept updated on progress, and all work will be carried out using appropriate skill, care, and diligence in line with industry standards.

Once the repairs are complete and the customer has been notified that the vehicle is ready for collection, the customer must collect the vehicle within 5 working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to do so may result in storage charges of £25 + VAT per day, starting from the sixth day after notification.

The company accepts no liability for delays caused by external suppliers, parts shortages, third-party warranty authorisations, or factors beyond our control.

If a vehicle is not collected within a reasonable time after completion and written notice has been provided, Priceless Auto Services Ltd reserves the right to take further action to recover costs incurred, including storage fees.

By applying for finance, you agree that:

  • Credit searches will be carried out with licensed credit reference agencies.

  • Lenders/brokers may perform their own searches and checks.

  • Information may be used for identity verification, fraud prevention, and (if necessary) debt tracing.

You have a legal right to request a copy of information held about you by any credit reference agency or lender.
